Bystander (Basic) Life Support

We believe that all parents and carers need to be trained in basic life support. This is also called CPR (cardio-pulmonary resuscitation).

Ask your nurse or health care worker  to teach you how to perform basic life support on a manikin (baby doll).  You can print the PDF guide on what to do.
